Did you know there is a TON we can learn about the Bible with the help of science. Not only does science PROVE the Bible, but it also helps us to understand complicated theories and narratives within the pages.
Stop by on Sunday for a Children's Church experience like no other!
Students will experience the Jerusalem Market Place in a hands-on learning environment lead by Mrs. Trudy. Mrs. Trudy has visited Jerusalem on multiple occasions and is excited to teach students using real artifacts and props from the Holy Land.
Join us at the Jerusalem Market Place as we explore the Biblical Foundations that were taught in this city!
At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the LORD, and all nations shall gather to it, to the presence of the LORD in Jerusalem, and they shall no more stubbornly follow their own evil heart.
Yes, there really are enough animals in the Bible to be an entire theme for EBC 3D Kid's Church!
Students will learn about the grace and judgment of God as he directs pairs of animals to Noah's ark. They will learn about the deception of a serpent and powerful lions bowing to the will of God. Jonah's story will teach students that God can use anything, even a big fish, to advance His Kingdom. And that's just to name a few animals in the Bible EBC Kid's will learn about!
At the end of this theme, EBC invites students, families, and friends to join us at the Columbus Zoo! We can't wait to see you there!
It's game time at Englewood BC Kid's Church!
Do you know the Biblical principles weaved into fun board games like Sorry, Uno, or even Monopoly? Even the sweet game of Candy Land can demonstrate fundamental Biblical lessons. And the best part is that students will remember these principles the next time they play the game!
Having doubts about Biblical lessons in board games? Put us to the test and ask any @Englewood BC Kid's Church staff member about our one-of-a-kind curriculum!
Children's Church has been transformed into 3D Kid's Camp!
At 3D Kid's Camp, campers are greeted with a smile and welcomed to take a seat in a lawn chair around the campfire and under the trees.
Each week, campers will experience the many sights, sounds, and animals around the campground while exploring how they relate to scripture. Campers will learn important, life changing, Biblical principles that relate to camping.
Imagine going hiking in a strange forest, away from the paved path, and without direction. In that situation, it is vitally important to have a guide with you. The Bible is our guide through life and we can share our guide with the world!
EnglewoodBC invites campers to pull up a lawn chair and explore how the Bible says we can be a child of God and what it means to be "fishers of men" (Matt. 4:19 NASB).
Jesus Calls the First Disciples
While walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon (who is called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Immediately they left their nets and followed him. And going on from there he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets, and he called them.
Immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.
